What is the best way to mix different types of music at a wedding reception Playlist?

I am compiling a playlist of a relative. She provided a list of songs she wants, but no dance, R & B, slow dance, Jazz, Pop, and a few rock songs. Randomly mix would be a little unpleasant. They are groups of 3 or 4 of a kind better (especially with the slow and jazz)? For example, I'm thinking of putting together 10 dance songs fast (several types) and then mix in 3 or 4 slow songs. Advice from people who have done this before would be welcome.

well in windows media player to burn a cd, it has turned where you can mix songs with a click of a button and you can do so many times, and then, if you're not happy with how it is that you can edit after shuffling too ….
